About Jason

Jason Shelly is a founding partner of SKS Law with a practice focused on corporate, estate and succession planning and municipal law. Called to the Ontario bar in 2002 and the New York bar in 2003, Jason spent several years working in Europe in investment banking, where he provided legal advice related to capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. While abroad, Jason gained significant experience working on matters in Europe, the United States, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Prior to his call to the Ontario bar, Jason worked for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Canada. Jason holds degrees from McGill University, the University of Ottawa and The London School of Economics.

Jason is fluently bilingual and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
