Alyssa Lamont joined the SKS Law LLP team in 2024. She has a rich and varied experience in corporate and commercial work, stemming from owning her own business to advising entrepreneurs in their business ventures.
Alyssa offers her clients a full range of business law services, including assisting in business formation and governance, acquisition and sale of businesses, as well as drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts. Alyssa’s primary objective is to maintain open lines of communication with her clients to ensure they receive exceptional and understandable services.
On days off, Alyssa plays volleyball and takes her dog on hikes. Alyssa is passionate about travel and is always looking for good travel tips.
