As a partner at SKS Law LLP, Denyse Boulet is proud to offer legal advice and representation to her clients in both French and English. She has experience representing a wide range of clients involved in disputes and litigation, including matters related to employment law, workplace safety, human rights, professional negligence, commercial and property disputes, language rights, defamation, pensions and benefits, and estates.

Denyse has appeared on behalf of clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal. She has also represented clients before numerous administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Canadian Human Rights Commission and Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and the Discipline Committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Before joining SKS Law LLP, Denyse worked as an associate at international law firms, as a partner at a boutique litigation firm, and as in-house corporate counsel for a large international retailer.
