Nicholas joined SKS Law LLP as an associate in 2024, preceding which he practiced employment and commercial law, both litigation and transactional, in Ottawa and Toronto. Nicholas’ practice spans the corporate and commercial space, with an emphasis on commercial leasing and the purchase, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate. Nicholas also continues to advise his employer clients with respect to a wide variety of employment matters.
Nicholas’ goal is to provide his clients with business-centric, straight-forward legal advice. While Nicholas’ practice focuses on solicitor work, his significant litigation experience, including appearances before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and various regulatory tribunals, allows him to address and resolve all his clients’ questions and concerns, no matter the area.
Outside of the office, Nicholas enjoys spending as much time as possible outside. He also enjoys making and listening to a wide variety of different music genres, working out, and cooking.
